BowRattler string suppressor

This is the first string suppressor I have ever used ,and now any bow I ever own will not be without one! It definitely makes my bow quieter and more vibration free! Also picked up a few extra fps also! There are alot of different suppressors out  on the market but the looks and price of this one is what caught my attention,  and made me finally decide to try a string suppressor.

I bought the aluminum mini BowRattler for $24.99,  and it just screws into the rear stabilizer bushing below my grip. It has a clean look, as if it was made on the bow and that’s the way I like it. I hate add ons that clutter up a bow causing it to catch and hang on everything it comes in contact with! It also came with a big rubber BowJax that slides over the aluminum shaft to help aid with vibration. Installation was simple, just screw in to the hole on the bow riser, loosen the two set screws, slide the shaft out til the rubber bumper touches the string, tighten the set screws back down and your done!

I shot my bow with and without the BowRattler installed and it does make a difference, it’s quieter and more dead in the hand after the release. I also shot a few times through the chronograph and found that I gained 6 fps from my setup! I also removed my string silencers and got another 7fps so altogether I gained 13fps! I love it, although I will probably re-install the string silencers, “because I like my bow to be silent as possible”, and be happy with the extra 6 fps.
