Got some Pork!Went and checked my trap this morning and had six pigs! The biggest I am guessing probably weighed around 200lbs and the other five around 50 to 60lbs which is just right for eatin! My 2010 deer season has not improved much so far. I think the deer are just not using my area much right now. I have not gotten a single pic of a deer period since the second week of November. Bow season does not close until the first week of January so I still have until then, but with my work schedule being 6 days a week with no more vacation... [Read more of this review]

Well my 2010 season is not looking so good right now. I have had 3 vacations so far and hunted hard everyday of them and still have not put a single thing in the freezer yet! Due to a change in my work schedule I have not been able to blog much lately. I can tell you I really am glad and feel fortunate that I got to keep my job and survived the layoff, but going from working 1st shift 3 days a week to 2nd shift 5 and 6 days a week takes some getting used to! Salt Licks Producing
I am pretty happy about the results I been getting on my salt licks. The deer have been tearing them up pretty good this year. I only have one game camera so I only get to really monitor one site.
